 Lawal, Saheed Olalekan is a Development Officer and Computer Analyst in charge of research grants administration, trainings, workshops and journal publications in the Centre for Research and Development, The Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and currently a doctoral student at The Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. Some of the projects are World Bank Research Grant for Baseline Study on Trans-Boundary Flood and Disasters in the ECOWAS Region (2018) - $40,000.00; SOLIDARIDAD West African Research Grant for the Conduct of Climate Vulnerability Assessment (CVA) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) of the Oil Palm Value Chain in Nigeria (2019) - N8,100,000; TETFund National Research Fund (NRF) grant titled: Development of a Geospatial Technology-Based Information System (GTIS) for Crime Management in Southwestern Nigeria (2019) - N41,996,250, Technology Transfer and Information Exchange between the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) and the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR) grant on the Development of Bioethanol Plant for Multiple Feedstock - $475,317.42 (2022), among others. He has 3 published articles in reputable journals.
